UPDATE: The Legacy Display Helmets have been released, first found at GameStop in Kentucky by Twitter user @TheKennGlenn.

In 2018, Bandai will kick off a brand new line of Legacy Display Helmets – 1:4 scale helmets that will allow fans to perfectly display some of their favorite Power Rangers from the past.

Unlike Bandai’s full-sized Legacy Helmets on store shelves now, this brand-new line will not be wearable. The new line will run much smaller, intended for display purposes, feature diecast and extreme detail, and will run at a much cheaper price point.

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers White Ranger will kick off the new line, as seen at Bandai’s booth on the show floor. He will be accompanied on store shelves by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Red Ranger. The brand new line of Legacy Display Helmets is expected to release in 2018 at $19.99 each.

Legacy Figures

UPDATE: The first Power Rangers Zeo and Power Rangers Dino Thunder Legacy Figures have been released at Walmart and Toys R Us. The first wave to release consists of the Zeo Green Ranger, Zeo Gold Ranger, Dino Thunder Red Ranger, and Dino Thunder Blue Ranger.

The first on-display look at Power Rangers Dino Thunder’s Legacy Figures came at New York Comic Con, as the Yellow Ranger and Black Ranger made their first public appearance since their initial announcement in late 2016.

Power Rangers Dino Thunder Legacy Figures are expected to begin releasing in stores in the near future, alongside Power Rangers Zeo Legacy Figures.

The Black Ranger and Yellow Ranger will release in 2018, with the Red Ranger and Blue Ranger releasing sooner.

Each figure will retail at approximately $19.99 and feature a Build-A-Figure piece to construct the mighty Dino Thunder Megazord.

Bandai has already announced that the Psycho Rangers will be the next team to join their Legacy Figure lineup, following Power Rangers Dino Thunder’s completion in 2018.

Legacy Zords

UPDATE: The new line of Legacy Zords have been released at Target.

The all-new line of Legacy Zords, first revealed at San Diego Comic Con 2017, made their first on-display appearance in New York.

The entirely new Legacy Zord toy line will feature newly scaled, larger-sized Zords, and come included with a miniature figure to pose alongside the prehistoric Dinozord, or sit inside the Zord’s cockpit.

Bandai will release two Zords to kick off the line: the Red Ranger’s Tyrannosaurus Rex Zord, and the Yellow Ranger’s Sabertooth Tiger Zord. There is no further detail yet on the remaining 3 Dinozords (Black Ranger’s Mastodon, Blue Ranger’s Triceratops, Pink Ranger’s Pterodactyl).

The new Legacy Zords are currently slated for release in Spring 2018, with a price point yet to be named.

UPDATE: The Legacy Fliphead Figures have been released, first found at GameStop in Texas by Facebook user Mike Morales IV.

The iconic Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Fliphead Figures are returning!

Made identical to the infamous 1990’s toys, fans will be able to re-collect and re-own some of their childhood favorite toys. The Legacy Fliphead Figures will even come packaged in the same, replica packaging from the 1990’s!

The Red Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Green Ranger will kick off Wave 1 in January 2018, with the other 3 Rangers (Black Ranger, Blue Ranger, Yellow Ranger) to follow as part of Wave 2 in Fall 2018.

Each Legacy Fliphead Figure comes packaged with a Blade Blaster, and their iconic Power Weapon, retailing at $19.99 each.

    1. Yes. Bandai is re-releasing the flip heads in 2018 ! Power rangers now how could you missed that info ? I already knew that.

  1. Two Questions: One; do the legacy zords combine?
Two; Are the dino thunder weapons in prototype form, or are they going to be black in real life?

    1. I had assumed they would combine, since Bandai initially said they were making them in a similar size/scale to the 2017 movie Zords. But now I’m hearing reports that they won’t combine. That would be a major bummer (and kill any interest I had in buying them).

  2. This cool, I would like you to return to the next season of the Power Rangers, along with the thunderzords.
