Hasbro’s Power Rangers Panel At San Diego Comic Con 2019 Announced

It’s the first true San Diego Comic Con for Hasbro with Power Rangers under its belt!

The toy giant typically hosts one panel for each of its major toy brands (Transformers, My Little Pony, Star Wars, and Marvel), and this year, Power Rangers is joining the fray.

Hasbro’s official Power Rangers panel, titled ‘Power Rangers Power Hour‘, at San Diego Comic Con 2019 will be held on Thursday, July 18 2019 at 4:00 pm in Room 9.

The panel promises to unveil new toys straight from Hasbro’s design and marketing teams. Fans will also get a look at the future of Power Rangers Beast Morphers, and other exciting announcements for the brand.

The cast of Power Rangers Beast Morphers, however, will not be in attendance as Hasbro has elected not to bring them to the show.

It’s the Power Ranger Power Hour, featuring morphinominal reveals and first-looks across product and content. Be the first to see new Power Rangers Lightning Collection figures and other products yet to hit shelves, as well as sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes looks at entertainment, followed by Q&A with the design, marketing, and studio teams from Hasbro. Go Go Power Rangers! Panelists: Maalvika Mantripragada, Tracy Wong, Beth Bamrick, and Mona Ahn.

Among the toys expected to be revealed for the first time include Wave 2 of Hasbro’s Lightning Collection action figure line. Wave 2 is expected to include:

•Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger
•Lost Galaxy Magna Defender
•Beast Morphers Gold Ranger

The previously announced Power Rangers Beast Morphers Red Ranger will also be a part of the wave, all slated for release in fall 2019.

Fans may also get a look at some new Lightning Collection figures coming exclusively to select retailers. Will a Psycho Ranger appear in the lineup?

The second season of Power Rangers Beast Morphers, due to air on Nickelodeon in 2020, is also potentially slated to make its first appearance at San Diego Comic Con 2019. Will fans get a first look at new toys, the season’s title, or new footage? All will be revealed at Hasbro’s first inaugural San Diego Comic Con Power Rangers panel!

In addition to the panel, Hasbro will also have select autograph signings at their booth on the show floor. At this time, guests who will be signing have not been announced, but the lineup is expected to include Austin St. John, the original Red Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the focus of Hasbro’s San Diego Comic Con exclusive Lightning Collection two-pack.

More Power Rangers events around the convention are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

San Diego Comic Con 2019 takes place from July 17-21 at the San Diego Convention Center.

  1. I wonder if they’ll say what the next Power Ranger season they’ll adapt once Beast Morphers finishes airing after 2020.

    1. Just because Ryusoulger is a dinosaur season doesn’t mean it will be the next power rangers season after Beast Morpher since we need to take a break from it since we have 4 other season to do beforehand, plus it not like Bandai who chose Kyoryuger for 2015 over Go-Buster which is current season that Hasbro willing to give a chance of spotlight in 2019. I was happy that Go-Buster was coming here in US since Bandai would likely chose Kyuranger over Zyuohger for 2019. I thinking 2021 will be Toqger and if Zyuohger was 2020 of Beast Morpher, I’ll be okay with it as long it doesn’t go like what they did with Goseiger and Gokaiger in America which they made two of good season into a big complete mess, yes even Goseiger is better and everyone should watch it all though or second chance. If we want it, maybe in future LuPat can be a dark series for teen and adult since Hasbro focus on many different groups of people. In the series Lupinranger aren’t really bad guy, they only want to steal back what the Gangler took from Arsène Lupin to get love one back, it might seem that way but Patranger didn’t know till at least the end of series on why they have to do what they does.

  2. survive SDCC is not when next series will be announced. As we still have rest of season 1 of beast to air. Then next year season 2 of beast. We wont know what next series is for 2021/2022 seasons to summer time next year. When first trademark information comes out. Then next series will be officially announced at PMC next aug.

    1. Really, cause with Saban we always got the trademark very early in the year. Dino Charge was announced before Super Megaforce premired. And Ninja Steel was announced shortly after Dino Supercharge premired. Megaforce was announced in the summer while Super Samurai was on hiatus. I remember people were thinking Goseiger was gonna be skipped and then look what happened. Now people are wondering if Hasbro will adapt Toqger or Zyuohger next, alot of people want Kyuranger and some people want Ryusoulger. So really it’ll be a surprise for everyone

      1. I just want Hasbro to adapt Kyuranger into “Power Rangers Cosmic”, and Ryusoulger into “Power Rangers Dino Knight”, but skip both Toqger and even Zyuohger.

        1. For instance, Power Rangers Cosmic Quest (the 28th season), Power Rangers Dino Knight (the 29th season, as well as the possible 3rd/final season in the Dino Charge Trilogy – Perhaps or Maybe). And maybe Power Rangers Megaforce Season 3? (If Toei Company makes a 2nd sentai angel theme for 2020, as the 44th sentai season with the 45th sentai team)

  3. You know what? You only like Cameron Jebo because he was what? Filled with perfection? By the way (in a calm and mild tone), the Gokai pirate outfits, Arsenals and helmets were like a NIGHTMARE PRISON to the main 5-core cast group of Megaforce. But the Gosei Angel outfits, Arsenals and helmets (which still has the same original colour cores and Humanoid lips on the helmets as the original Mighty Morphin hero team) are like a REAL DREAM COME TRUE FREEDOM to the main 5-core cast group of Megaforce and to Christopher Aher (who played the voice of Robo Knight). And so (in a calm and mild tone), end…..of…..story. Goodbye.

  4. I want to be a red ranger
I’m going to be a red ranger
What am I going to I wish I was the Rangers I wish to be Ranger How’s the not coming to me
