Brand new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Figure Packs are coming soon from Fisher Price!
Each figure park includes two characters that stand at almost 2 inches tall as part of the company’s Imaginext toy line. In 2018, the Imaginext line will feature Serpentera and Cyclopsis, evil Zords which have rarely received representation in toy form.
The release of a Cyclopsis action figure will be the evil Zords’ first ever, following Fisher Price’s release of the first ever Scorpina action figure in 2017.
Among the figure packs slated for release in 2018 are:
•Black Ranger & Thunder Megazord
•Pink Ranger & Black/Gold Dragon Megazord
•Blue Ranger & Cyclopsis
•Yellow Ranger & Serpentera
Each figure pack sells at approximately $6.99 at retailers including Toys R Us and Walmart.
The new toys were leaked by Amazon/Walmart toy listings via Twitter user @JohnPGreen.
A repainted Imaginext Deluxe Megazord will also be released in 2018, featuring the iconic titan in a sleek new red/black design (as photographed at Toy Fair 2018 by @Boukenred).
Fisher Price first began to release Mighty Morphin Power Rangers toys as part of their Imaginext line in 2004, with characters ranging from the core heroes, to Rita Repulsa, to Finster. Since then, Fisher Price has followed up with additional figure packs and deluxe playsets for some of the TV show’s most recognizable icons.
