Ninja Steel Episode 17 Spoilers

Power Rangers’ annual international spoiler party has made its return, as countries outside the United States have begun to blow the doors open on all of Power Rangers Ninja Steel’s second half episodes. With Saban Brands once again unwilling, or unable, to control their international episode distribution, fans will have to dodge landmines of Internet spoilers for the sixth consecutive year.

Today, Spain dropped Episode 17 of Power Rangers Ninja Steel on Neox Kidz, a Spanish TV station which airs morning blocks of children’s programming.

Spain is currently scheduled to receive new episodes every Saturday and Sunday. As always, international airing patterns tend to be much more fluid, so the schedule is subject to change at any moment.

The United States will receive new episodes of Power Rangers Ninja Steel every Saturday at 12pm ET on Nickelodeon.

Below, fans can find screenshots and spoilers from Power Rangers Ninja Steel’s 17th episode:

Levi is training inside the base when he notices Redbot working on a new blog, which contains imaginary adventures about how Redbot saved the Power Rangers. Levi notices the blog has thousands of followers, and becomes concerned that Redbot is spreading false stories.

Mr. Willoughsby, a publisher, eventually finds the blog, and meets with Redbot. He’s interested in striking a deal with Redbot to turn his stories into a book. Victor and Monty intervene, and team up with Redbot to make the book happen.

Meanwhile, an army of Kudabots attack the city. The Rangers arrive to fight, and while they’re distracted, the evil Cat O’Clock finds a truck filled with Redbot’s new book. He places a spell over the books which will paralyze anyone who touches them. The Rangers have no idea, and return to school having defeated the Kudabots.

Back at school, the Rangers attend Redbot’s press conference for his new book, with Victor and Monty on stage as the book now includes stories about how Victor and Monty helped save the Power Rangers too. But Cat O’Clock soon arrives, activating his spell on everyone in the audience who’s holding the book – completely paralyzing them.

Redbot saves the day though, unleashing Kody to scare off Cat O’Clock, and then removing the books from the audience’s hands to free them from Cat O’Clock’s spell.

Levi and Redbot go around town, saving more people, while the other Rangers battle and defeat Cat O’Clock. The monster is eventually gigantified, and defeated by the Rumble Tusk Megazord.

Back on the Galaxy Warriors Spaceship, Cosmo Royale has started a blog with imaginary adventures about how he’s the game show champion. One of his entries spoofs Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice by being titled Cosmo vs. Rangers: Dawn of Showbiz. One line in his blog entry even contains an Easter Egg to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, noting that Zordon’s home planet of Eltar has become a fine producer of silk, where Cosmo Royale purchases his bed sheets from. But Galvanax catches him and destroys Cosmo’s computer system.

The episode ends with Redbot having finally saved the day, for real this time, and people lining up to get their book copy autographed. Meanwhile, Victor and Monty remain paralyzed by the book’s spell (which is strange since the monster has been defeated) and have become frozen coat racks for everyone at school.

    1. I think its better to save the more interesting stuff til Super Ninja Steel for now. There isn’t anything to have a story arc about at the moment.

  1. I think Super Ninja Steel is gonna be super interesting. Cause all I can guess is that all of the main interest is saved for Super Ninja Steel.
