Power Rangers’ annual international spoiler party has made its return, as countries outside the United States have begun to blow the doors open on all of Power Rangers Ninja Steel’s second half episodes. With Saban Brands once again unwilling, or unable, to control their international episode distribution, fans will have to dodge landmines of Internet spoilers for the sixth consecutive year.
Latin America was originally scheduled to kick off Power Rangers’ international spoilers on July 31, until new episodes in those regions were pulled at the last minute. But today, Spain dropped Power Rangers Ninja Steel’s newest episode (Episode 9) on viewers out of nowhere, via Neox Kidz, a Spanish TV station which airs morning blocks of children’s programming.
Spain is currently scheduled to receive new episodes every Saturday and Sunday morning, putting them on pace to air Power Rangers Ninja Steel’s finale on Labor Day weekend (September 3). As always, international airing patterns tend to be much more fluid, so the schedule is subject to change at any moment.
The United States will receive the second half of Power Rangers Ninja Steel starting August 12 on Nickelodeon, where the show has remained on its summer hiatus since late March.
Below, fans can find spoilers from Power Rangers Ninja Steel’s 9th episode:
Episode 9 – Rocking And Rolling
US Airdate: August 12
Levi is excited to be embarking on his world tour, but as mysterious earthquakes start shaking up Summer Cove, he’s presented with a tough decision.
–SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT–
Galvanax’s newest contestant is Stonedozer, who claims he’ll destroy the Rangers using his earthquakes.
At Summer Cove, Levi is preparing for his first concert in a 3-month world tour, although he assures the Rangers he’ll still be around when they need the Gold Ranger. A little girl runs in, one of Levi’s biggest fans, and takes a selfie with the pop superstar – using Levi’s personal cellphone…the infamous Burger Morpher.
An earthquake suddenly hits, and the other Rangers run to investigate while Levi prepares for his concert.
Meanwhile, Victor and Monty are outside the arena, attempting to find a way into the show without paying. They hide inside of trash cans, until two guys come by and drop garbage on top of them.
The Rangers run to the mine in their Ninja Training suits to discover the origin of the earthquakes – Stonedozer, who plans to destroy the arena Levi is performing in. Brody tries to warn Levi of the incoming attack, but can’t reach him as the pop superstar is currently performing.
We see a portion of Levi singing, until Victor and Monty bust out of the speakers on stage to perform with him. Security guards interfere, and the duo gets hit with a drum and guitar, prompting the entire arena to laugh at them.
Stonedozer successfully begins his earthquakes, and the Rangers make it to the arena to evacuate the audience. Levi joins the team, and helps all the people escape.
Stonedozer final demolishes the arena, but the Rangers escape from the rubble. They battle Stonedozer and an army of Kudabots at the quarry, and defeat them using the new Clone Ninja Star.
Galvanax gigantifies Stonedozer, but the monster is defeated as Levi summons his new Bull Rider and Robo Rider Zords, in combination with the Rangers using their Rumble Tusk Megazord.
Back at Summer Cove High School, Levi delivers a press conference announcing he will postpone his world tour. He tells the Rangers that it’s more important to him to be a Ranger, and plus, he’s always wanted to finish high school.
In comes the Summer Cove mayor, who announces that Victor is a city hero for breaking his bones while saving people from the earthquakes. He presents a cup to Victor, who is wrapped in bandages, until Kody rips off the loose bandages, revealing Victor faked his injuries. Half-naked, Victor runs away without the prize while the Rangers laugh on.
