The names of the newest Power Rangers have been revealed!
Today, Hasbro released the character names of the Red, Blue, and Yellow Rangers who will helm the franchise’s 26th season, Power Rangers Beast Morphers.
•Red Ranger – Devon (portrayed by actor Rorrie Travis)
•Blue Ranger – Ravi (portrayed by actor Jasmeet Baduwalia)
•Yellow Ranger – Zoey Reeves (portrayed by actress Jackie Scislowski)
Actress Jackie Scislowski revealed the last name for her character exclusively on Instagram. Last names for the Red and Blue Rangers were not yet revealed by Hasbro or their respective actors.
All three names are original to the franchise, never having been used as names for previous Power Rangers.
Many fans have noticed that the Blue Ranger has a traditional Indian name, a fitting name for the first fully Indian Power Ranger in the franchise’s history.
The news comes on the heels of Hasbro’s full announcement of the Power Rangers Beast Morphers supporting cast, which includes the five actors listed below.

•Cosme Flores as Ben
Power Rangers Beast Morphers will be the first season to air under Hasbro’s ownership following the toy giant’s acquisition of the property in early May 2018 (recap here).

Set in the future, a secret agency combines a newly discovered substance called “Morph-X” with animal DNA to create the Power Rangers Beast Morphers team. The Rangers must fight off an evil sentient computer virus bent on taking over the source of all Ranger power, the Morphin Grid itself. Featuring never-before-seen leather suits and an all-new beast-themed arsenal (including dynamic new Zords), fans should get ready for a season full of secret ops and morphinominal fun.
The core team features three Rangers – Red, Blue, and Yellow. The season will adapt its footage from the Super Sentai season, Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters, introducing a Gold and Silver Ranger as the show progresses.
The identities of the Gold and Silver Rangers remain unknown.

At first I was like, “why devon? Isn’t that the same name as one of the comedy driven characters in dino thunder?” but it definitely has grown on me and I feel it’s cool we get a red ranger with that name. None of this names have been used for rangers so I find it awesome that creativity has been shown starting with the rangers names
