Ai-yi-yi! Alpha 5 is coming to San Diego Comic-Con 2018!
With only two months to go until the year’s biggest pop culture celebration, Funko is beginning to roll out their slate of highly elusive exclusives coming to San Diego.
This year’s slate is kicking off with the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, as a Black/Gold version of Alpha 5 will be joining Funko’s Pop! Vinyl line.
The item will be exclusive to BAIT Booth #5645, as reported by SDCC Unofficial Blog. The toy will sell at $20, and will be limited to only 5,000 pieces.
Alpha 5 was first released as a Funko Pop! Vinyl figure exclusively at Walmart in 2017. This will be fans’ first chance to own Zordon’s lovable sidekick in a black/gold re-coloring.
Fans can head to stores now to find Funko’s POP! Vinyl figures based on characters from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and 2017’s Saban’s Power Rangers movie.
More Power Rangers products exclusive to San Diego Comic-Con 2018 will be revealed over the coming weeks.

Would have been better if they called him Alpha 55. Even the HyperForce Variant comic has Alpha 55 looking like a black and gold version of Alpha.
